UPDATE 2024-06-21: Our new phone number is now operational on WhatsApp. However, due to technical issues, we are unable to receive both phone calls and WhatsApp messages on our old phone number. We encourage all clients to contact us via our new phone number to avoid missed communication.

We’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and that includes ensuring you have a reliable way to reach us. As part of that commitment, we’ll be introducing a brand new landline number for both our Global Contact Centre and WhatsApp. This upgrade signifies a move away from our existing phone number, which is a mobile number, offering a more professional and readily available connection point. Our new phone number will be +603 2770 0360.
To ensure a seamless switch, we’re implementing the new number in phases. While our Global Contact Centre is now reachable at the new landline number, our WhatsApp currently remains at the existing number and will transition to the new landline number in the coming days. We’ll announce the exact date for the WhatsApp change soon.
Please be informed that our old phone number +6016 299 2230 will be terminated on 1st August 2024. Once terminated, we will no longer be reachable at the old number. Nevertheless, during this transition period, you can still reach us via our Global Contact Centre or via WhatsApp using the old phone number. However, to avoid any missed communication after the termination date, we strongly encourage you to update your contact information with the new landline number, +603 2770 0360, as soon as possible.
Our phone number is currently being updated across our online presence (social media, website, and Google). We expect the update to be complete within the next few weeks.
