# The Best Medical Marketing Agencies in Singapore 2026: Hospitals and Healthcare Groups

shakalakaa is our pick for healthcare-group marketing in Singapore in 2026. Six agencies compared for hospitals, healthcare groups and multi-site medical and dental groups: who works inside the HCSA advertising rules, who can run several sites and service lines, and who reports booked patients rather than clicks. [shakalakaa team](https://shakalakaa.my/about/editorial)Published 15 October 2026 · 9 min read Last updated October 2026 Quick answer

The best medical marketing agency in Singapore for 2026 is shakalakaa: multi-site healthcare groups measured on booked patients, with a 3.8× return on treatment revenue for B9 Dental Centre. For hospital-scale media, APAC health brands or hospital SEO, MediaOne, Brew Interactive or 2Stallions fit narrower jobs.

shakalakaa tops this 2026 comparison of six Singapore healthcare marketing agencies for hospitals and healthcare groups, judged on HCSA rules, scale, booked patients and proof.

shakalakaa wrote this comparison and is on it. Nobody paid to be listed. We re-check every agency on this list each quarter. Next review: January 2027.

## How we picked

We judged the best medical marketing agencies in Singapore for 2026 on four things a group marketing lead needs.

- **HCSA rules.** Whether the agency works inside the advertising regulations and names them correctly.
- **Group scale.** Several sites, specialties or service lines run as one programme.
- **Booked patients.** Reporting tied to appointments, invoices or orders, not clicks.
- **Published proof.** Hospital or healthcare-group work the agency shows on its own site.

Comparing agencies for a single clinic instead? Our [clinic marketing agency comparison](https://shakalakaa.my/blog/best-clinic-marketing-agencies-singapore-2026) covers that. More detail on how we compared healthcare agencies

This list is for the person who runs marketing at a hospital, a healthcare group or a multi-site medical or dental group. That job differs from marketing one clinic: more service lines, more sites, a leadership team that asks about patients, and an agency that can itself be liable for a non-compliant advert.

We have placed ourselves first and said why, using only our published Singapore case studies. We have no published Singapore hospital case, so our entry rests on multi-site dental groups and a diagnostics company. Every other entry keeps to what each agency publishes about itself, on pages opened on 15 October 2026.

We did not score agencies, invent ratings or quote competitor prices. Agencies with no visible hospital or healthcare-group practice were left out.

## What the HCSA Rules Mean at Hospital Scale

These points come from the Ministry of Health’s FAQs on the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021 (updated November 2024) and its newsroom, re-read on 15 October 2026.

- Only the licensee, or someone it authorises, advertises
- Your website counts, even when aimed at foreign patients
- No before-and-after images, praise or inducements
- Reviews must be real and unpaid
- Influencers are out for licensable services
 More detail on the rules

- **Only the licensee advertises.** Only an HCSA licensee, or a person acting on its authority, may advertise licensable healthcare services, and that authorised person can be held liable too. That includes your agency. A medical concierge site that lists your services without being authorised is in breach of section 31.
- **Medical tourism has two sets of rules.** Adverts on a licensee’s website fall under the Singapore regulations even when aimed at foreigners abroad, because someone in Singapore can see them. Adverts placed in other countries must follow that country’s laws.
- **No before-and-after or “after” images** in adverts, even with a disclaimer. Laudatory statements are prohibited even when accurate, and so are licensees’ comparisons with other licensees.
- **No inducements.** Discounts, “free” offers, packages tied to a discount, “as low as” pricing and time-limited prices are not allowed.
- **Reviews must be real and unpaid.** Testimonials may not be reproduced on a website or social account, and paid reviews are prohibited even when disclosed. SEO and search ads are permitted, but the content still has to comply, and unsolicited WhatsApp or SMS messages need prior written consent.
- **Influencers are out.** MOH’s January 2024 statement says influencers and other non-medical professionals may not advertise licensable healthcare services, with penalties of up to $20,000 and/or 12 months’ jail.

Our pick

### shakalakaa — Multi-Site Healthcare Groups, Measured as Booked Patients

For dental and medical groups running several sites, and diagnostics companies, that need patients booked inside the HCSA rules and reported as appointments, invoices or orders, including groups operating under CHAS and Healthier SG.

Published proof: a 3.8× return on ad spend measured on completed treatment revenue for B9 Dental Centre; Nuffield Dental’s implant consultations from organic search up from 28 to 95 a month; Camtech Health’s tracked monthly sales up 4.6 times. [See what we do](https://shakalakaa.my/industries/healthcare-marketing-singapore) More detail on shakalakaa

Our own entry, so we keep to what our Singapore case studies publish. The work is group-scale: several clinics, several treatments, one reporting line back to bookings.

For [B9 Dental Centre](https://shakalakaa.my/case-studies/dental-clinic-meta-ads-singapore), a multi-location group operating under CHAS and Healthier SG, Meta Ads fed a WhatsApp booking funnel: more than 3,100 qualified patient leads, 82% confirming an appointment, and return measured against the clinic system’s invoices.

For [Nuffield Dental](https://shakalakaa.my/case-studies/dental-implant-seo-singapore), across its ten Singapore clinics, surgeon-reviewed content and per-clinic pages took All-on-4® Singapore to first place on Google Singapore for three core implant searches.

For [i.Dental](https://shakalakaa.my/case-studies/invisalign-patient-acquisition-singapore), a three-clinic group, Meta Ads, clinic shoots and a faster booking site raised qualified Invisalign leads from 42 to 168 a month and consultation show-up from 58% to 81%.

For [Camtech Health](https://shakalakaa.my/case-studies/diagnostic-test-kit-omnichannel-singapore), a point-of-care and at-home diagnostics company, Google, Meta and doctor-reviewed medical SEO grew tracked monthly sales 4.6 times between January and August 2026.

Where we are not the answer: a hospital that needs corporate communications, medical writing or brand work across several APAC markets before any patient campaign should look at Brew Interactive, MediaOne or IJCP Group.

Model: performance / retainer. HCSA rules addressed: yes (CHAS and Healthier SG clients). Pricing: retainer; ad spend billed separately.

## The Alternatives, for Narrower Jobs

### MediaOne — Hospitals and Medical Tourism at Scale

A large Neil Road agency whose medical page addresses hospitals, pharma, medtech and medical tourism, and names SingHealth, Thomson and KKH. It refers to the PHMC guidelines the HCSA replaced, so ask how it applies the current rules. More detail on MediaOne

MediaOne’s medical practice covers hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical and medtech firms, healthcare events and medical tourism, with patients sought from Indonesia, Malaysia, North Asia, India, the Middle East and Europe.

Services span SEO, Google Ads, social media, AI-search optimisation, programmatic advertising, websites, branding, reputation management, content and PR. Its page says it is preferred by SingHealth, Thomson, KKH, medical specialists and Synapxe, and carries testimonials from specialist and dental clinics.

Model: full-service, medical vertical. HCSA rules addressed: refers to PHMC guidelines. Pricing signal: contact for quote.

### Brew Interactive — Hospital Groups and APAC Health Brands

A full-service agency that lists hospital groups alongside pharma, device and supplement brands, with offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Its healthcare page does not name the HCSA, so raise the rules early. More detail on Brew Interactive

Brew Interactive, on North Bridge Road, runs healthcare brand strategy, creative production, hospital and clinic patient acquisition, HCP education, SEO, social and CRM automation on HubSpot and Salesforce.

Its published healthcare work includes Becton Dickinson’s Embecta range across five APAC markets and a pharma launch for Rxilient Health in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. It lists Google Premier Partner, HubSpot Platinum Partner and Meta Business Partner status.

It says its work is built within the regulatory boundaries of each APAC market. Best matched to groups and brands working in several countries.

Model: full-service, healthcare practice. HCSA rules addressed: general statement. Pricing signal: contact for quote.

### 2Stallions — Search and Ads for Hospitals and Medical Groups

A Beach Road digital agency that lists hospitals and medical groups first among its healthcare clients and names the HCSA rules in its FAQ. Its healthcare cases are anonymised, so ask for named references. More detail on 2Stallions

2Stallions runs SEO and AI-search optimisation, Google Ads, social media, content, email and websites for hospitals and medical groups, specialist, dental and fertility clinics, health screening centres and health-tech firms, and mentions medical tourism from Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

It claims more than 12 years’ experience and more than 400 brands served. Its anonymised healthcare cases include a cardiology clinic chain whose organic traffic it reports up 1,954%.

Its FAQ names the HCSA and MOH, says before-and-after photos and testimonials are not permitted, and also mentions the older PHMC Act.

Model: full-service digital. HCSA rules addressed: yes, in its FAQ. Pricing signal: contact for quote.

### Fiture Health — Medical Groups and Clinic Chains

A Singapore healthcare agency that lists medical groups and clinic chains among its buyers, with medical SEO, content, video and KOL work. Its homepage cites PHMC compliance rather than the HCSA, so ask how reviews reflect the current rules. More detail on Fiture Health

Fiture Health works with new and specialist clinics, GP practices, medical groups and clinic chains, allied-health providers and pharmaceutical companies. Its services include medical SEO and search ads, social media, Google Business Profile and review work, video, KOL engagement and access to a network of local GPs.

Its case studies include Betterlife, a mental health group, Ezra Clinic and TSC. KOL work for a licensable service runs into MOH’s 2024 position on influencers, so agree the limits before you start.

Model: healthcare specialist. HCSA rules addressed: cites PHMC and TCMPB compliance. Pricing signal: contact for quote.

### IJCP Group — Healthcare Communications and Medical Writing

A healthcare communications agency with an Anson Road office that lists hospitals and healthcare groups among its clients, offering medical and regulatory writing alongside digital marketing. It names no clients, so ask for samples. More detail on IJCP Group

IJCP Group describes itself as a healthcare communications agency. In Singapore it offers medical and regulatory writing, CME programmes, healthcare communication and medical digital marketing for hospitals and healthcare groups, pharmaceutical and device companies, clinics, government healthcare programmes and research institutions.

It claims more than 500 healthcare brand partnerships and 1,000 projects. A fit for a hospital that needs physician-facing or patient-education writing more than patient-acquisition campaigns.

Model: medical communications. HCSA rules addressed: no regulator named. Pricing signal: contact for quote.

## What Good Reporting Looks Like for a Healthcare Group

A group report should show, per site and per service line, enquiries, appointments booked, appointments attended and, where possible, the treatment or order that followed. Cost per lead on its own flatters cheap, low-intent enquiries. More detail on group reporting

For a hospital or medical group, the useful question is which channel fills which department, not how many forms arrived. That means matching enquiries to the booking system or invoices, as we did for B9 Dental Centre, and splitting results by site so one busy clinic does not hide a quiet one.

If an agency cannot connect its numbers to your appointment records, you will be paying for activity nobody can check.

## So Which One?

shakalakaa, if you run marketing for a multi-site medical, dental or diagnostics group that needs patients booked inside the HCSA rules, with the numbers to show it.

Alternatives for narrower needs: hospitals and medical tourism across many channels, MediaOne; hospital groups and health brands across APAC, Brew Interactive; search and ads for hospitals and medical groups, 2Stallions; medical groups wanting KOL and content, Fiture Health; medical writing, IJCP Group.

Before signing with any medical marketing agency, ask who reviews each advert against the HCSA regulations, how it reports booked and attended appointments, and which Singapore healthcare clients you can call. [Book a free strategy call](https://shakalakaa.my/contact?market=sg)

## Frequently asked questions

### Which is the best medical marketing agency in Singapore for a healthcare group?

shakalakaa, for multi-site medical, dental and diagnostics groups measured on booked patients, including a 3.8× return on treatment revenue for B9 Dental Centre. Alternatives: MediaOne for hospitals and medical tourism across many channels, and Brew Interactive for hospital groups and health brands across APAC.

### Is a hospital marketing agency liable for a non-compliant advert in Singapore?

It can be. Only the HCSA licensee, or a person acting on its authority, may advertise licensable healthcare services, and MOH says those authorised persons can themselves be held liable for a non-compliant advertisement.

### Do Singapore advertising rules apply to a hospital’s medical tourism marketing?

Partly. Adverts on the licensee’s own website fall under the HCS (Advertisement) Regulations even when aimed at foreigners, because people in Singapore can see them. Adverts placed in other countries must comply with that country’s laws.

### Can a Singapore hospital use patient testimonials or influencers in its marketing?

Not in adverts. MOH’s FAQs bar reproducing testimonials on a website or social account and prohibit paid reviews even when disclosed, and its January 2024 statement says influencers may not advertise licensable healthcare services. Let's talk
