# 7 Auto Spa: Growing a 22-Branch Auto-Detailing Chain with Google Ads and SEO in Malaysia

Google Search Ads and SEO for 7 Auto Spa Malaysia, a 22-branch auto-detailing chain with a Klang Valley focus: branch-level campaign structure, service-page SEO, WhatsApp lead handling and ranked-keyword expansion, measured in booked enquiries over January–December 2024.

## The client

7 Auto Spa (7autospa.com.my) is a Malaysian auto-detailing chain with 22 branches nationwide and a Klang Valley focus. Enquiries come in through Google Search, maps and WhatsApp.

## The problem

Before the programme the chain was logging about 45 inbound leads a month. Google Ads cost per paid lead sat at RM 84, organic sessions were around 2,100 a month, and only 8 keywords held a top-3 position in Google Search Console.

## What we did

- **Google Search Ads, branch by branch.** Campaigns structured by service and branch, with exact and phrase match, negative-keyword sculpting and service-specific landing pages.
- **SEO for the service set.** Service pages for coating, polishing, paint protection film and interior detailing, with city and branch pages supporting the terms that carry local intent.
- **WhatsApp lead handling.** Enquiries routed into a WhatsApp CRM with a shared inbox per branch, so the first reply is quick and the booking is logged against the ad or page it came from.
- **Measurement.** Google Ads conversions and GA4 events reconciled with the WhatsApp CRM record.
