Please be informed that we will be introducing a new plan and pricing for our social media marketing service for all our clients effective today, 17th March 2023 at 12:00 AM (GMT+8). This change will reflect the needs of our clients better whilst allowing us to keep improving our service to deliver the best results. We are currently updating our website and the details of our new social media marketing plan and pricing will be updated on our website by the end of this month.

Unified Social Media Marketing Plan

Our existing Neptune, Venus and Saturn plans will be merged into one single plan. With this change, our clients will be able to enjoy the offerings of all three plans at a more affordable pricing. Regardless of whether you’re looking to grow your social media accounts or to connect your products to audiences, our new social media marketing plan offers the combined professional assistance of our social media experts, marketers, content designers, content strategists, and copywriters to meet your business needs from only MYR 1,099 (Malaysia), or AUD 449 (Australia), or SGD 399 (Singapore), or USD 299 (other countries).

Discontinued Mars Plan

To streamline our services and to provide our clients with a focused marketing approach, our new social media marketing plan will not include YouTube advertising. Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising will remain.

Simplified Action Flow

We understand that time matters for every business. As such, we want to help our clients to get started as quickly as possible. Our new social media marketing plan will not be dynamically priced – pricing is fixed depending on your business needs, no hidden charges. Therefore, we will discontinue the issuance of quotes for our service. Clients who wish to subscribe to our service will soon be able to check the pricing upfront on our website, and make payment online directly without the need to contact our Client Relations Specialists. This can effectively reduce the time required to launch the first marketing campaign, which can ultimately benefit your business.

Changes to Ads Budget Payment

To improve our operational efficiency and to enhance productivity in providing services to our clients, we will be changing the way in how ads budget are collected. Ads budget will now be collected upfront along with our management fee, and will now be automatically charged to your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel your plan. This can effectively reduce the time required to launch your marketing campaigns, which can ultimately benefit your business. Ads budget shall remain the same for each billing cycle until we are notified of your intention to change it, which the new ads budget amount will then be reflected in the next billing cycle.

Existing Clients on Neptune, Venus and Saturn Plans

You will be automatically switched to our new social media marketing plan, no action is required from you. In terms of pricing, if your current fee is higher than the new pricing, the new fee will be reflected in your next billing cycle; if your current fee is lower than the new pricing, you will be charged based on the existing fee for the next six billing cycles before the new fee is reflected. There will be no changes to the offerings that are currently included with your subscribed plan. Your current advertising campaigns will also not be affected. Instead, you will now enjoy additional offerings that were previously not included in your subscribed plan.

Existing Clients on Mars Plan

We will no longer provide YouTube advertising service. However, we understand that this change may affect your business. As such, we will continue to fulfill your plan for the next three billing cycles. Your plan will then be automatically cancelled after the next three billing cycles. You may switch to our new social media marketing plan if required. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Clients With Issued Quotes or Pricing Estimate

All issued quotes and any pricing estimate provided by our Client Relations Specialists will be nullified immediately. We will no longer issue any new quotes. Should you be interested in subscribing to our service, you will soon be able to check the pricing upfront on our website for your specific business needs, and make payment online directly without contacting our Client Relations Specialists.
