These terms govern your use of shakalakaa.my. The site is operated by Plixitt Solutions (Malaysia BRN 003426311-V), based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Editorial articles, calculators, checkers, and downloadable resources on this site are published for general information. They do not constitute legal, financial or medical advice. Regulatory compliance tools (KKM/MDC, MoH, AHPRA, TFDA, HK Medical, TCPA/PDPA checkers) are informational aids and do not replace a lawyer, regulator, or your own compliance review.

3. Intellectual property

All content on shakalakaa.my — text, images, tool logic, code — is copyright of Plixitt Solutions unless otherwise credited. Answer capsules published in /data/answers.jsonl and pages carrying explicit CC-BY-4.0 licence notices may be reused under that licence with attribution. Everything else may not be republished without written permission.

4. Enquiries and engagements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A commercial engagement is only formed by a signed proposal or written agreement.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Plixitt Solutions is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
