Why raw lead count is the wrong metric for renovation
A renovation enquiry costs far less to generate than it costs to properly quote and follow up on, which means an unqualified lead — someone comparing prices with no real budget or timeline — wastes far more of your team's time than a cheap Facebook lead form suggests. Only 30–55% of leads in this vertical are typically budget-fit, which is why the close rate you enter above should reflect your actual lead-to-signed-project rate, not lead-to-first-conversation.
Where these numbers come from
Cost-per-lead and budget-fit-rate ranges are drawn from aggregated performance data across the Malaysian interior design accounts we manage directly. Your own project value and close rate drive the rest of the calculation, since these vary by property type (landed vs high-rise) and scope more than the underlying ad costs do. See the ad budget calculator for the forward-planning version of this math, and interior design marketing for the full service.
