shakalakaa tops this 2026 comparison of six Malaysian interior design marketing agencies, judged on project-type segmentation, budget qualification, reporting and proof.
shakalakaa wrote this comparison and is on it. Nobody paid to be listed. We re-check every agency on this list each quarter. Next review: January 2027.

More detail on how we compared interior design agencies
A criteria-led comparison of Malaysian agencies that market interior design firms, design-and-build contractors and furniture and home-decor retailers — including shakalakaa, disclosed openly. We run campaigns for ID firms ourselves, so we have an interest.
We have placed ourselves where our published case studies support it, said why, and kept every other entry to what each agency publishes about itself, read on 15 October 2026. We did not score agencies or invent ratings.
Interior design is not bought like a gadget. A homeowner or a developer’s fit-out manager researches for weeks, compares portfolios, and only then sends a message. The cheapest enquiry is usually the least useful one: “how much?” with no property type and no budget.
So to find the best interior design marketing agencies in Malaysia 2026 has to offer a design firm, we judged on four things: whether the agency splits campaigns by project type, whether it qualifies on budget before a designer spends time, whether it reports enquiries your team can act on, and what home or interior work it publishes.
Who This Comparison Is For
Three kinds of business buy interior design marketing in Malaysia, and they need slightly different things from an agency.
- Design-and-build and ID firms
- Furniture and home-decor retailers
- ID partners to developers and show units
More detail on the three buyer types
- Design-and-build and ID firms. Renovation enquiries for condos, landed homes and offices. The job is a portfolio-led funnel that filters out briefs below your minimum project value before they reach a designer.
- Furniture and home-decor retailers. Showrooms, kitchen and wardrobe specialists, wallpaper and finishes brands. The job is showroom visits, catalogue sales and search visibility for product names.
- ID partners to developers and show units. Firms that fit out show units or furnish new launches. The job is timing campaigns to handover windows and building a portfolio that a developer’s procurement team will take seriously.

Our pick
shakalakaa — ID Firms Measured on Budget-Fit Enquiries
For interior design and design-and-build firms, and the furniture and home-decor brands around them, that want renovation enquiries judged on whether the budget fits, not on how cheap the click was.
Published proof: cost per qualified renovation lead from RM95 to RM58 for a Selangor interior design firm, and website link clicks from 331 to 469 a month for ZOGE Interior & Build in a 2023 snapshot.
More detail on shakalakaa
Our own entry, so we will keep to what our case studies already publish. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads and portfolio landing pages for ID firms, and we report cost per budget-fit qualified enquiry rather than raw cost per lead.
For a Selangor interior design firm doing mid-to-high-end residential work, we replaced boosted posts with a tracked Meta funnel, a project-gallery landing page and a form asking property type and budget band up front.
Over a 90-day window its cost per qualified renovation lead fell from RM95 to RM58, and the share of leads whose budget fitted the firm’s range rose from 22% to 48%. The client’s name is withheld.
For ZOGE Interior & Build, a 2023 snapshot from two monthly reports, an audience test and fresher creative lifted post engagements 56% and website link clicks from 331 to 469 a month between March and April 2023, on a similar budget.
Where we are not the answer: if you want a new brand identity and corporate website before any advertising, a creative studio such as Walk Production is a better first call.
If what you need is renovation enquiries your designers can quote on, that is what our interior design marketing team runs every week.
Model: performance / retainer. Reporting: cost per budget-fit qualified enquiry. Pricing: retainer; ad spend billed separately.
The Alternatives, for Narrower Jobs
Marvant — A Home-and-Decor Specialist
A Petaling Jaya agency that says more than 70% of its clients are interior design and home-decor businesses, with named studio, cabinet and furniture clients. Its results are its own reported figures, so ask to see the account data.
More detail on Marvant
Marvant Evolutions Sdn Bhd is a Petaling Jaya agency founded in 2022. Its homepage describes a “deep specialism in home & decor”, and its interior design page says it has served more than 50 interior design companies in Malaysia.
That page splits its work by buyer: interior design studios and renovation firms, cabinet and carpentry brands, furniture retailers, and wallpaper and finishes brands. Named clients include Enviz Interior, Interspace, Everkitchen, Love Joy Cabinet, More Design Furniture and Korea Wallpaper.
Services run across Meta, Google, TikTok and XiaoHongShu ads, SEO, social media and in-house video, and it shows Meta Business Partner and Google Partner badges. It publishes a starting fee for interior design clients.
Model: home-and-decor specialist. Proof: named clients, agency-reported results. Pricing signal: published starting fee.
ZenWeb — One Campaign per Project Type
Runs one campaign and one landing page per sub-segment, from residential condo to hotel lobby, with a weekly call on enquiry value and deposits. It names no interior design clients, so ask for references.
More detail on ZenWeb
ZenWeb is a digital agency at Pinnacle PJ in Petaling Jaya. Its interior design page offers web design, SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads, and covers both homeowners and “the commercial buyer running a tender”.
Its structure is the most explicit we found: twelve sub-segments across residential, commercial and hospitality work, each with its own campaign and landing page. That suits a firm whose condo, office and F&B fit-out briefs have little in common.
Reporting is described as a weekly call on enquiry value and deposits with six-month attribution. The page names no interior design clients, and it publishes its prices.
Model: full-service, industry pages. Proof: no interior clients named. Pricing signal: published.
Walk Production — Brand and Corporate Website First
A Selangor creative agency whose strength is identity, publications and corporate websites rather than lead generation. A sensible first call for a design-and-build firm that needs to look credible to corporate clients.
More detail on Walk Production
Walk Production (WP Media Sdn Bhd) is a Shah Alam creative agency working since 2018. It describes itself as a branding agency in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, covering logo design, corporate identity, brand guidelines and brand activation.
Its portfolio lists a minimalist corporate website for DYakin, an interior design and build firm, that presents fit-out work to corporate clients and project stakeholders. We did not find lead-generation results for interior clients on its site.
Model: creative and branding. Proof: one interior design and build website in its portfolio. Pricing signal: proposal on request.
KX & Partners — SEO and Websites for Furnishings Suppliers
A Puchong web design and SEO agency with a published project for a home-furnishing fabric supplier. A fit for a furniture or furnishings business whose buyers search by product name.
More detail on KX & Partners
KX & Partners Sdn Bhd, trading as Kang Xiang, is a Puchong agency doing web design since 2012, with SEO, Google marketing, branding and product photography.
Its published project is for Wintergreen Upholstery, a Muar-based supplier of home furnishing fabrics under the Greentex brand: a new website in July 2023, then SEO and link building, with the page reporting first place on Google for “upholstery pvc supplier Malaysia”.
That suits a furnishings supplier or furniture brand selling on product search. It is not an interior design lead-generation case, so ask how it would handle renovation enquiries.
Model: web design and SEO. Proof: one named furnishings client. Pricing signal: contact for quote.
Win Makers — A Furniture Facebook Funnel
A Malaysian digital marketing agency with a published four-step Facebook funnel for a sofa manufacturer. The case dates from February 2021, so ask for recent home and furniture work.
More detail on Win Makers
Win Makers Marketing publishes a case study for Lumini Sofa, a furniture manufacturer, dated 17 February 2021. It describes a four-stage Facebook funnel: an attention-grabbing first advert, a problem-and-solution advert, a retargeting video showing the sofa, and a promotional retargeting advert.
The page reports six-figure monthly sales orders on a small Facebook budget. That is the agency’s own claim, from 2021, and the page does not give an office address.
Model: Facebook-led performance. Proof: one furniture case, 2021. Pricing signal: contact for quote.
What to Ask Before You Sign
Whichever agency you shortlist, ask how it stops below-budget enquiries reaching your designers. An agency that reports cost per lead alone is measuring the number boosted posts already make look good.
More detail on what to ask
Ask whether campaigns are split by project type. A condo refresh, a landed strip-and-rebuild and an office fit-out have different budgets, timelines and decision-makers, and one generic “renovation” audience mixes them together.
Ask what the enquiry form asks. Property type and budget band up front cost a few raw leads and save many wasted site visits and consultations.
Ask what the monthly report shows: enquiries, enquiries your team judged genuine, site visits or showroom visits booked, and quotes issued. If the agency cannot connect its numbers to your WhatsApp line or CRM, you are paying for activity you cannot check.
For furniture and home-decor retailers, ask about showroom visits and product search, not only social reach. For firms working with developers, ask how campaigns are timed around handover windows and launches.
For the longer version of how ID firms build a steady pipeline, see our guide to interior design leads in Malaysia.
So Which One?
shakalakaa, if you are an ID or design-and-build firm that wants renovation enquiries qualified on budget and project type, with numbers your designers can trust.
Alternatives only for narrower needs: a home-and-decor specialist with named cabinet and furniture clients, Marvant; one campaign per residential, commercial or hospitality segment at a published price, ZenWeb; brand and corporate website first, Walk Production; product SEO for a furnishings supplier, KX & Partners; a simple furniture Facebook funnel, Win Makers.
Before signing with anyone, ask three questions: how they filter enquiries below your minimum project value, how they report site visits and quotes rather than leads, and which home or interior clients you can call.
For how we run campaigns for design firms, furniture retailers and home-decor brands, see our interior design marketing page.
