The client
B9 Dental Centre runs dental clinics across Singapore, including Tanjong Pagar, Clementi and Toa Payoh. Its growth depends on high-value treatments — implants, Invisalign, wisdom tooth surgery and All-on-4 — where one patient is worth many routine visits, and where Singapore patients typically enquire with several clinics before booking. The group operates under both CHAS and Healthier SG, which shapes what its patient-acquisition messaging may say.
The problem
Leads were arriving, but too many were low-intent, and a static landing page lost patients between the enquiry and the booking. For high-value treatments the cost that matters is the cost of a qualified patient who books, not the cost of a form fill.
What we did
- Pre-qualifying lead forms. Short questions on treatment timeline and funding preference, so low-intent enquiries filter themselves out before they reach the front desk.
- Click-to-WhatsApp instead of landing pages. Ads open a WhatsApp conversation, with an automated reply inside 60 seconds via the WhatsApp Business API, and the clinic's concierge desk confirms the appointment.
- Hyper-local targeting. Campaigns built around each clinic's catchment, with audiences split by treatment — working professionals for Invisalign, older patients for implants and dentures.
- An in-house creative engine. More than 350 creative assets produced in-house: dentist-led explainer reels, clinic walk-throughs for anxious patients, and answers to the questions Singapore patients ask about schemes and treatment steps — reviewed against Singapore's healthcare advertising rules.
- Revenue-level tracking. Meta Conversions API matched to the clinic management system's invoice records, so return on ad spend is measured in completed treatment revenue.
