Why this exists
The Malaysia AI Overview Watch (v43) launched MY-only by construction — this Singapore sibling closes that gap. GEO is the cheapest genuine parity win available to a Singapore practice that's still authority-constrained on blue-link ranking (see our honest Singapore cost disclosure for the same discipline applied to pricing): AI citation depends far less on backlink authority than ranking does, which means a smaller-authority site can compete for citation in a way it can't yet for position 1-10.
We start at 19 real Singapore-market queries, not a rounder or larger number. That's the actual count of market: SG rows in data/keyword-demand.json this month — a small honest sample beats a padded one, the same call the Malaysia series made starting at 25 instead of matching a competitor's claimed 210.
Methodology — and one real difference from the Malaysia series
AI Overview presence is not observable this session, for the same reason as Malaysia: confirming it requires rendering a real, region-localised google.com.sg results page, and the available tooling can't do that. Every row is recorded unknown rather than guessed.
Query intent classification works differently here than in the Malaysia series, and this page says so rather than implying false parity: the Malaysia series classified each query fresh, by reading its real search result set. This Singapore series instead carries its classification directly from the existing intent field already in data/keyword-demand.json — real data, but measured on a different basis, not independently re-derived this session. Re-deriving it via search is future work, not claimed as done here.

Of the 19 Singapore-market queries tracked this month: 17 commercial, 1 cost, 1 tool_or_regulatory. AI Overview presence: all 19 rows are honestly unknown — no secondhand competitor claim was found for any Singapore query this session, unlike the Malaysia series' one such row. This is the first month recorded for Singapore. Same discipline as the Malaysia series and the ad-cost ticker: real month-over-month trend reporting begins once 3+ monthly files exist for this market — a single point is a snapshot, not a trend.
