Live commerce platform mix in Taiwan is genuinely different from Malaysia and Singapore — Shopee withdrew from the Taiwan market in 2022, so a run-of-show built around a Shopee Live/Lazada Live default doesn't transfer here. We scope the platform mix against what's actually live in Taiwan at the time of engagement rather than assuming a Malaysian or Singapore session plan applies.
Regulatory constraints differ too: the Fair Trade Act and Consumer Protection Act govern claims made live on a broadcast the same way they govern written ad copy, and health-and-beauty claims answer to TFDA restrictions rather than Malaysia's KKM/MOH — a host briefed on Malaysian clinic ad rules is not automatically briefed correctly for a Taiwan audience.
We run live commerce for clients across Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, with each market's session structured against its own real platform availability, currency and compliance brief — not a template copied across borders.
What's included
- Taiwan-scoped session economics. TWD-denominated contribution margin and cost per acquired buyer — not a Malaysian or Singapore session's numbers converted at a currency rate.
- Platform mix scoped to what's actually live. We confirm current platform availability in Taiwan at engagement stage rather than defaulting to a Malaysia/Singapore platform list — Shopee, for one, no longer operates in this market.
- Fair Trade Act-aware host briefing. Claims made live on a broadcast are held to the same standard as written ad copy under the Fair Trade Act, briefed before the session, not corrected after.
- TFDA-aware host briefing for health-and-beauty sessions. Off-label or unsubstantiated claims restricted the same way they are in written creative — see our free TFDA Ad Compliance Checker.
- Run-of-show and inventory coordination. The same operational discipline as our Malaysia service — product sequencing, stock coordination during broadcast, post-session clip repurposing.
