What is the difference between a Telegram bot, a Mini App and a mini game?
A bot is the chat account that greets people, asks questions and sends messages. A Mini App is a web app that opens inside Telegram from that bot.
A mini game is one kind of Mini App: a short branded game, sometimes called an advergame, that players open from the bot.
Can the bot message all our customers?
No. A Telegram broadcast bot can only message people who gave it permission to contact them, normally by starting the bot. It cannot message a customer list, and bought lists are never used.
How are phone numbers collected?
Through Telegram's share-contact button. The player taps it to send their number, and consent is recorded with the entry. Nobody is asked to type a number into a form.
Can a Telegram Mini App game run outside Telegram?
Yes. We build the game as a web app, so the same game can also be played as an ordinary web page, for example from an ad or a QR code.
Who owns the bot and the data?
The client, not the Telegram bot developer. Bot ownership is handed over to the brand, and the player data can be exported at any time.
Can it connect to our CRM or WhatsApp flow?
