The client
In C Studio designs and packs personalised gift sets — corporate gifts for companies and seasonal gifts such as Father's Day sets and Mid-Autumn mooncake boxes — and sells them in Malaysia through its own site and direct enquiries.
The problem
Corporate gifting is bought by a small group of people inside a company, usually close to a date, so the ads had to reach business buyers rather than general gift shoppers and turn interest into a conversation the sales team could quote on.
What we did
- Business-buyer targeting. Malaysian audiences aged 20 to 45 matched on gift and corporate interests, business owners and human-resources specialists — the people who order staff and client gifts.
- Click-to-message and lead forms. B2B campaigns that open a Messenger or WhatsApp conversation, alongside Facebook lead forms for buyers who prefer to leave their details.
- Seasonal pushes. Father's Day and Mid-Autumn mooncake campaigns, with separate B2B and B2C versions of the mooncake campaign.
- Bilingual creative. English and Chinese carousels showing real, customised gift sets, with a clear message or offer button on every ad.
